May 2025

A Night of Community, Leadership and Purpose.

In May 2025, I had the honour of sitting alongside a panel of inspiring and actively engaged community leaders - Tim Stauft, Pat White and Tammy Arseneau - as part of the Living in Full Series. This event was more than a conversation—it was a powerful evening focused on how we can lead with purpose, build connections that matter, and create systems that support well-being for all.

As a Child and Family Therapist and Founder of YYC Family Therapy, it was deeply meaningful to contribute to a dialogue where health, community impact, and leadership intersect. The panel represented a cross-section of professionals who are making real change—from business to non-profit, healthcare to civic life. Being part of this panel reinforced the importance of showing up—not only in our work, but in our communities.

The series continues to grow as a platform for meaningful conversations and real connections. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute, and to be recognized as a visible leader working toward healthier families, stronger systems, and a more connected city.

Huge gratitude to huge gratitude to our sponsors: Wood's Homes and YYC Family Therapy — thank you for helping make this event possible.

🎨 Sam Hester created an incredible graphic recording for us during the event. She is such a creative and wonderful person. We will be sharing digital version in the coming days.
